Ingredients:
- 1 cup paneer cubes.
- 2 onion (1 finely chopped ,1 thinly chopped).
- 3 Tomatoes (2 finely chopped,1 thinly chopped).
- 2 Bell pepper(green,red,yellow thinly sliced).
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds.
- ½ tablespoon cumin powder.
- ½ tablespoon coriander powder.
- 1 teaspoon gram masala.
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder.
- 2 tablespoon ginger garlic, green chili paste.
- 1 teaspoon kasthuri methi leaves.
- 3 tablespoon oil.
- 2 tablespoon butter.
- ½ cup fresh cream.
- 3 tablespoon cashew nut paste.
- Salt to taste.
- Water as required.
Method:
- Soak a handful of cashew nuts in warm water for a few hour. grained to a fine paste and keep a side.
- Heat oil in a pan add the cumin seeds and when it begins to splutter add the finely chopped onion fry till onion are soft and light brown.
- Add the chopped tomatoes cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and turmeric powder
- Mix well and sauté till oil floats on top around 5-8 min.
- Now add the sliced onion, tomato, and bell pepper.
- Add about a cup of water and cook on medium. Let the vegetables cook and come to boil, stir in a cashew paste, cream kasthuri methi , paneer cubes and salt to taste.
- Serve hot with chapatti.
