Acarajes quennels

Kidney Beans Pakoda


  • 2-cup white kidney beans.
  • 2-onion chopped.
  • 1-green chili chopped.
  • 2-3 table spoon fresh coriander.
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder.
  • Salt to taste.


  • Soak kidney beans(chawali) about 6-8 hours.
  • Make fine paste of beans; add onion, chili, coriander, baking powder, salt.
  • Mix all Ingredients very well.
  • Heat oils in a pan deep fry the beans pakoda.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
