Spinach mushroom baby corn

1.    Palak mushroom and baby corn


  • 1 bunch of spinach.
  • 5-6-baby corn
  • 6-8 mushrooms sliced
  • 1 onion
  • ¾ tsp. cumin seeds
  • ½ tbsp. ginger or garlic paste
  • 1tsp.coriander powder
  • 1tsp. chilli powder
  • ½ tsp. garam masala
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. lemon juice
  • 1tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste


  • Cut the baby corn into round pieces and cook them with ¼ tsp of salt and lemon juice in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
  • Wash the palak and blanch, make a past.
  • Make onion paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, onion paste fry about 3 min then add ginger garlic paste fry for 2 more min.
  • Add palak paste and cook for 2 min. add mushroom.
  • Now add all the spices add ¼ cup of water, cook for 2 min.
  • Add baby corn, sugar cook for 5-6 min.
  • Palak mushroom baby corn is ready to serve.
  • Garnished with chopped tomatoes.
