Paneer k kheer

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup grated cottage cheese
  • 2-cup milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp. almond sliced
  • a pinch of saffron
  • 1 tsp. chirongi
  • Method:
  • Heat milk in a pan, reduce it till half.
  • Add the ingredients and cook for 5 min, serve hot or if you like it cold then chill it in the fridge.
