- 1 cucumber grated
- 1 green chili finely chopped
- ¼ cup coriander leaves chopped
- ½ cup singhada flour
- saindha salt to taste
- Mix together all the ingredients to make a thin runny batter.
- Heat a non-stick griddle.
- Pour the batter on the griddle with a ladle and spread it into a circle with the back of the ladle cook both the sides.
- Pour few drops of oil if needed.
