WATERCHESTNUT FLOUR DOSA

Singhada flour cucumber dosa:

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 cucumber grated
  • 1 green chili finely chopped
  • ¼ cup coriander leaves chopped
  • ½ cup singhada flour
  • saindha salt to taste

Method:

  • Mix together all the ingredients to make a thin runny batter.
  • Heat a non-stick griddle.
  • Pour the batter on the griddle with a ladle and spread it into a circle with the back of the ladle cook both the sides.
  • Pour few drops of oil if needed.
