- 2 liter milk
- 2 peeled and diced apple
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp. cardamom powder
- 5 thinly sliced almonds and pistachios
- a pinch of saffron.
- Heat milk in a pan until condensed to 2/3 in quantity put apples and sugar in a fresh pan until soft.
- Add apple and sweetened water in a milk pan and boil for 5 min. add cardamom powder, almond, pistachios and saffron and let it cook for 2-4 min.
- Apple pudding is ready.
