- 3 medium banana (ripe, peeled and mashed)
- ½ tsp. nutmeg powder ( jaifal)
- ½ tsp. cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp. ghee
- 1-cup sugar
- Heat ghee in a pan, add banana and cook over low heat, stirring to prevent the mixture from sticking.
- Cook for 10 min or until the bananas have browned add more ghee as necessary.
- Add nutmeg and cardamom powder and remove from heat.
