BANANA HALWA, BANANA FUDGE

Kele ka halwa

  • Ingredients:
  • 3 medium banana (ripe, peeled and mashed)
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg powder ( jaifal)
  • ½ tsp. cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp. ghee
  • 1-cup sugar

Method:

  • Heat ghee in a pan, add banana and cook over low heat, stirring to prevent the mixture from sticking.
  • Cook for 10 min or until the bananas have browned add more ghee as necessary.
  • Add nutmeg and cardamom powder and remove from heat.
